The role

We are looking for a full-service sales rockstar, who can handle the entire prospect lifecycle, from initial discovery to closed deal. You’ll engage with senior decision-makers at enterprise organizations to convert cold and warm leads into qualified meetings, run those meetings, and eventually convert them into sales. 

This is a unique opportunity with a high ceiling of reward potential. You’ll be able to deploy a wide range of skills to hunt, capture, nurture, and close. All the while, you’ll receive the support you need to perform at a high level, with the autonomy and flexibility to make your own mark on the company.

What you will do:

  • Drive demand to the Cascade platform using classic Outbound sales skills 
  • Convert inbound leads into opportunities via demos and discovery meetings
  • Conduct demos and meetings to convert prospects into opportunities 
  • Close deals
  • Create and manage outbound campaigns with little oversight
  • Seek and grow opportunities within our existing client base

Your background:

  • 2-4 years of high performing outbound sales in a B2B SaaS organization
  • Background in new business development and selling concepts to enterprises
  • Evidence of the ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships 
  • Demonstrated experience of exceeding sales quotas 
  • Well trained in customer-centric selling methodologies (MEDDIC, SPIN, value-based selling, Challenger, etc) and at discovery, as well as building urgency into deals
  • Proven ability to close deals regularly within mid-sized and large enterprises.
  • An understanding and appreciation of the tech & data marketplace industry trends
