Performance Marketing/Demand Generation Lead

We are looking for a Performance Marketing/Demand Generation Lead to help us 1) grow our pipeline and ACV, as well as 2) reach new buyers and 3) increase our self-serve acquisition.

You will be empowered with responsibility for a significant operation, working cross-functionally with other teams, and more to bring the best campaign strategies to life.

What you will do:

  • Lead cross functional teams through the planning, execution and optimization of all of the programs, initiatives and tactics to deliver Marketing's commitments at each journey stage
  • Own metrics and reporting for all campaigns including lead generation, pipeline contribution, self-serve revenue and awareness.
  • Implement, measure, analyze and report on the impact of campaign and demand activities on sales pipeline, revenue and demand funnel velocity.
  • Develop the annual campaign plan, build the message and related contents that you’ll need to deliver on the promise to require and attain new logos and expand existing ones.
  • Brief Go-to-Market teams on campaigns and take input to evolve them
  • Define and develop go-to-market strategy for our global campaigns that meet short and long-term business goals

Your background:

  • 7-9  years of demand generation and campaign design experience within a B2B SaaS
  • Experience managing small teams in a high-performing, fast-paced environment
  • Proven success in campaign strategy, framework, development and execution for global, multichannel demand generation campaigns
  • Customer-obsession. We believe that deep customer understanding is how you build amazing campaigns that resonate with real problems. You'll need to know our customers better than we do through conversations, research, and engagement with our community.
  • Ability to synthesize business objectives, create a well-aligned Integrated Campaign strategy and execution plans with clearly defined metrics and KPIs.
  • Strong analytical mindset, combined with a creative and strategic framework to design and optimize engaging and empathetic campaigns that resonate with leadership & strategy manager audiences
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, problem-solving, analytical, and budget management skills.

Whilst the specific KPIs of the role will evolve over time, you’ll typically be responsible for helping to drive metrics such as:

  • # net new logos
  • Net new ARR
  • % self-serve revenue
  • CAC & LTV
