Marketing Operations Manager
We are looking for an experienced Marketing Operations Manager to join our team.

About the Role:
Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize marketing's use of Hubspot, reporting and conversion tools, and other marketing technologies to measure impact and optimize performance throughout the sales funnel.
- Collaborate with Marketing team members to plan, launch, and analyze campaigns for use in various platforms such as paid search, paid social, review sites, webinars, and more.
- Establish data integrity and continuously improve database quality.
- Proactively review functionality, workflow, and conversion of landing pages and forms to ensure that all demands can be addressed.
- Partner closely with sales operations to continually improve and refine lead scoring, conversion rates, and lead flow process, and ensure optimal flow through the funnel.
- Perform regular audits of the Marketing tech stack and recommend changes as the team's needs change over time.
- Develop and maintain a detailed marketing operations plan that includes goals, milestones, and action items
- Maintain a data-driven approach to decision-making and regularly report on marketing performance to key stakeholders.
- Document requirements, training, definitions & processes.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in marketing operations or related fields.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with Hubspot and other marketing technologies.
- Knowledge of reporting and conversion tools to measure impact and optimize performance throughout the sales funnel.
- Experience in planning, launching, and analyzing campaigns across various platforms such as paid search, paid social, review sites, webinars, and more.
- Knowledge of lead scoring and lead flow processes.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Advanced English is a must.
