About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and energetic Senior Product Manager to join one of our core Product Teams. You’ll be working on our flagship strategy execution platform, Cascade. The platform powers the strategy of many of the world’s top companies - helping to align and execute on their visions, through improved visibility of what’s happening, more informed decision making and easy reporting.

We believe in the strength of our teams as a Senior Product Manager we expect you to lead through influence and skillset to make fast decisions and build functionality that pushes our mission forwards by delivering outcomes for our customers. You will own your portion of the roadmap and be expected to rapidly drive that area of the product forward.


  • Customer-Centric Focus: Prioritise the needs and experiences of our customers throughout the product development lifecycle. Champion a customer-first approach by leveraging customer feedback, conducting user research, and ensuring that products deliver real value to our user base.
  • Collaborative Leadership: Work hand-in-hand with the Head of Product to define and execute the product strategy. Engage in strategic discussions, provide valuable insights, and contribute to the overall direction of our product portfolio.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Establish and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders across the business and go-to-market (GTM) teams. Engage proactively with sales, marketing, and customer support to understand market dynamics, gather feedback, and align product priorities with business objectives.
  • Execution Excellence: Drive the end-to-end product development process, from ideation to delivery. Lead the team in building high-quality products on time. Working closely with a product designer and team of engineers to achieve customer outcomes.
  • Market Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies. Conduct occasional market research to stay on top of opportunities for product innovation and improvement.
  • Metrics-Driven Approach: Define product metrics and regularly evaluate product performance against these metrics. Utilise data-driven insights to make informed product decisions.

About you:

  • 4+ years of product management experience, preferably in SaaS startups.
  • Experience scaling from startup to scale-up is highly regarded.
  • Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products throughout their lifecycle.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence and collaborate within and across teams.
  • Confident customer relationship management, capable of building strong customer relationships, having difficult conversations and finding solutions.
  • Experience working with design systems and partnering with design and engineering to build high quality products.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Passion for technology and a deep understanding of customer needs.
