About the Role

We're seeking a dynamic and energetic Strategy Execution Director with a deep passion for strategy and business outcomes. This role sits at the intersection of strategy consulting and technology, demanding deep knowledge of strategy execution and effective business operations.


  • Engage with prospects and customers to communicate the value proposition of Cascade, demonstrating how our platform and services can drive their business forward.
  • Actively participate in pre-sales and post-sales workshops, focusing on decision-making processes, investment prioritization, and effective communication strategies.
  • Leverage your knowledge of the Cascade software to find creative solutions to customer problems, blending technology, expertise, and advisory to build strong customer relationships and trust.
  • Work alongside customer’s senior leadership teams to reassess and reshape their strategy building and execution processes.
  • Guide companies through organizational behavior and change management processes, ensuring smooth adoption and implementation of new strategies.
  • Reverse-engineer businesses to build metric-based strategies, connecting metrics to initiatives, investments, and resources, breaking down overwhelming visions into smaller, measurable, and achievable results in the short and medium term.
  • Collaborate closely with Cascade's leadership team, playing a significant internal role in evangelizing our approach to strategy execution.
  • Represent Cascade externally, shaping our positioning on social media and at events, articulating the unique value of our methodology and approach.‍


  • Several years of experience working with strategy and strategy execution, ideally in a management consulting or strategy consulting role - this could be either for a consulting firm or within a company. Either way - you’ll need to have real-world hands-on experience of working directly on business strategies.
  • Deep knowledge of business operations and strategy execution with a demonstrated passion for lean and effective business.
  • Experience in customer-facing roles with a proven track record in delivering successful outcomes.
  • Understanding and passion for technology, ideally with experience in software that focuses on business outcomes and results.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to engage with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Ideal background is political sciences, international business & MBAs.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to identify opportunities for growth and increased profits.
  • Experience in organizational change management.
  • Proven ability to influence at all levels of an organization, both internally and externally.
  • As the Strategy Execution Director, you will play a critical role in ensuring our customers make the most of Cascade's strategy execution platform, thereby helping them achieve better, faster, and cheaper results. Your role will be central to our mission of revolutionizing strategy execution

Scope and Success Metrics:

As the Strategy Execution Director you’ll work directly with our highest value customers. You'll play an integral role in customer retention and in selling and delivering our Enterprise Plus package to large, strategic accounts.

Success Metrics:

  1. Retention Rate: A critical measure of success will be the retention of the customers within your portfolio, particularly those using our Enterprise Plus package.
  2. Win Rate: You will also be evaluated on the win rate of deals you're involved with during the pre-sales process.
  3. Delivery of the Enterprise Plus Package: Successful delivery and implementation of Cascade's Enterprise Plus package to large, strategic accounts will be a key measure of success.

As a Strategy Execution Director, you'll have a crucial role in Cascade's growth, shaping our relationships with key customers and playing a pivotal part in their strategic execution journey.
