Wow, what a year it's been!
We can't believe it's almost the end of 2022 already. It's been an incredible year for us at Cascade, and we wanted to take a moment to reflect and share all the amazing things we've achieved.
2022 started with a blast! 🚀
In March, we raised $40M Series A and blew past market benchmarks with an incredible valuation multiple to get strategy out of boardrooms and provide teams from organizations all over the world with a tech-driven alternative to spending millions on consultants.
On top of that, we made the Inc 5,000 list, joining the club of the Fastest Growing Companies in the US together with amazing organizations. And LinkedIn Australia also named Cascade one of the TOP Startups in the country.
Cascaders conquered the world 🌎
We became a powerful force of 100+ amazing humans working together to fix broken strategies from 15 countries and 38 different nationalities, always embracing diversity as part of our culture.
And some even got to meet in person!
We continued building our unique culture with the launch of our Remote Bible and hosted our Value Awards, celebrating our incredible Ambassadors.
And - although we already knew we were - we became a certified Great Place To Work!
We made a splash - and people noticed! 💦
75 million people discovered Cascade this year, and we doubled our follower base on LinkedIn.
We expanded our community to new levels with our global events:

But we didn’t stop there…
We wanted to unveil the truth. So we partnered with Momentive, SurveyMonkey’s business arm, to survey 1,750 people on their approach to strategy.
And the findings from our Strategy Report shook the strategy scene:

That's why we created our Template Library, filled with over 100 ready-to-use templates to help organizations and teams around the world see faster results from their strategies.
But the real star was our product ⭐
Every Cascader in every team worked together to deliver the best product in the market.
And we turned strategy on its head with our new platform launch to help millions execute their strategies, free forever.
We also built our data stack in record time and added 10 new game-changing integrations to keep adding value for our customers.

In every single decision and action, our customer was ALWAYS at the center. And we stayed true to our vision: To turn their GREAT visions into reality.
Always working together as one team, we supported our customers from 15 locations & 5 continents across the world!
We hosted 79 customer webinars and onboarded tens of thousands of users onto our new platform!
