Which packages offer access to Cascade’s Strategy Advisory (services)?
Both our Essentials and Enterprise+ tiers offer access to Cascade’s strategy execution services as well as varying levels of engagement from our Strategy Execution Directors (SEDs).
Why would I need a Strategy Execution Director?
Depending on where you are in your journey, you may need an additional unbiased partner to help you engage your teams in strategy execution. Our Strategy Execution Directors (SEDs) are experts in the field and will partner with you to drive the change you need in your business. If you’re looking for a large-scale transformation, try our Enteprise+ package which includes a named, one-on-one engagement with an SED. If you’re looking for some light-touch advice, try our Essentials tier.
What does the implementation process look like?
On both the Essentials and Enterprise+ packages you will automatically qualify for our implementation program. On average, implementation with Cascade takes between 8 - 12 weeks, but may vary depending on your needs. During Implementation you will be guided through a full set up of your Cascade environment, ending with a recommended launch to your internal teams.
Which packages have access to a designated Customer Success Manager?
Both our Essentials and Enterprise+ packages have access to a designated, named Customer Success team member.
Which packages offer integrations?
Both our Essentials & Enterprise+ packages have access to some level of integrations. On Essentials, custom integrations are not bundled into the offer by default, but can be added onto your engagement for an additional cost. On Enterprise+ all integrations, including custom, come bundled with your engagement.
