What do I need to use Cascade?
Just your computer and email address! You don't even need a credit card to start your free account.
What does onboarding look like?
Onboarding is very intuitive! You will find dynamic step-by-step instructions that will guide you the first time you use Cascade. You’ll also get clear instructions via email to get you off to a great start!
Will I have a Customer Success Manager in the free account?
No, the Enterprise plan is the only plan that includes a dedicated Customer Success Manager but you will access to our support team via live chat or email whenever you need a helping hand!
What integrations are available in the free account?
All of the integrations that involve syncing data into Cascade are available. Any analytics or business intelligence integrations that send data out from Cascade and into another tool require a paid subscription.
How do I migrate from a free account to a Premium account?
You can upgrade at any time by yourself in the product using the upgrade prompts. All you'll need is a credit card.
What are my payment options?
Currently, payment is only available in USD via credit card. We will be adding other currencies in the near future.
If you are looking to purchase more than 20 seats we can offer invoicing.
What happens if I don’t upgrade to a paid subscription during the free trial?
Once your premium trial ends, you’ll become a user of the Free Teams tier if you don’t upgrade. Your data will be preserved but certain features will become unavailable/restricted.
How can I cancel my subscription?
If you're on premium, there's a cancel button on the billing page inside the product. Just click on the User icon in the top navigation, select Billing, and then Cancel subscription.
