Devina serves as a Strategy Execution Director at Cascade, where she advises customers on their strategies and has seen firsthand how a wide range of organizations translate strategic intent into execution. She brings over a decade of experience across strategy, commercial, and consulting roles, and is passionate about helping businesses understand their pathway to manifesting their goals. Before Cascade, she held senior strategy and commercial leadership positions at THG, driving digital innovation, customer insight, and business strategy across a variety of consumer brands. She began her strategy career at J.P. Morgan in London, before moving into consulting at Alpha FMC across Europe, and holds a BSc in Economics from UCL.
