3. Set yourself measurable targets (KPIs) to tackle the objective

KPIs are important metrics that make sure that you can accomplish your business objectives. KPIs are important in clarifying, benchmarking, and focusing on certain aspects of the business.

4. Implement related projects to achieve the KPIs

Projects come into place as actionable ideas that can be implemented as ways of working towards the set KPIs.
