Custom Strategy Model

One of the most commonly requested features for the platform was the ability to more deeply customize the Strategy Model for your organization. Think of the Strategy Model as the blueprint that you define for every team to follow as they create their respective strategic plans.

This is a huge update, that makes fundamental improvements to the way that Cascade works. Amongst other things, this release now allows you to:

• Create different Strategy Models for each plan
• Mix and match Strategy Models eg
  • Use the Balanced Scorecard for your Corporate Strategy
  • Use OKRs for your front line teams
• Create unlimited levels of relationships for each Strategy Model
• Remove strategy elements that you don't want to use
• Add custom icons for different strategy elements

The new functionality can be found in the 'Admin' - 'Strategy Model' menu. To get the most from this feature, we strongly recommend connecting with your Customer Success Manager who can walk you through the feature and some best practices around how to implement it.
